Here are 5 top books on money and being a generous giver:

1  The Secret of Contentment by The Good Book Company. More a booklet than a book- short articles and discussion guide to challenge a more radical way of living 

2  The Grace of Giving by John Stott . Short, readable exhortation to give as a response to God’s kindness. Useful for bible studies etc.

3  The Money Mentor by Ash Carter. A nuts and bolts analysis of how we can use a daily financial decisions to serve God’s purposes.  Very practical

4  The Treasure Principle by Randy Alcorn. Another small book- teaching us the grace of joyful giving through stories and exhortation. An antidote to ‘Affluenza’

5  Money, Possessions and Eternity by Randy Alcorn. This is very good- a bible based survey of money for those who want to follow up The Treasure Principle in more depth.
