Mark Dever is the senior pastor at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington DC, and president of 9Marks Ministries. Among the several books he has written are Nine Marks of a Healthy Church, The Compelling Community and The Gospel and Personal Evangelism. He is married to Connie, and they have two adult children.
